We enjoyed our stay, especially the proximity to the beach and the entertainment district. The kids had a blast playing darts, and the lively atmosphere kept everyone entertained. We also appreciated being able to easily explore Blackpool's attractions nearby.

My wife says that the check-in process was chaotic. They should improve communication with guests about bookings and ensure better service.

The owners were super friendly and made us feel right at home. They even set up a mini disco for the kids, which was hilarious! Breakfast was delish, and the bar area had a nice atmosphere. Only thing was that parking was a bit tight, but they helped us out. Can't wait to return!

They even arranged parking for us, which took a lot of stress away. One downside was the small size of the dining area, making it feel a bit cramped during busy times. a friendly hello from Annabella could have made our experience even warmer, as I overheard her speak sharply to children about a spilled drink one evening, which felt unnecessary.
